I worked in customer service for 6 years and started my career in the Health and Social Care industry as a Residential Support Worker. I supported children with EBD and helped them with their emotional and physical behaviours. I loved the role, I found it rewarding, and exciting. This motivated me to want to make a difference and gave me the determination to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
This encouraged me to join the education sector where I was able to support young people to achieve their academic goals, whilst improving and developing their independence and social skills.
