I am proud to be in a role at Vetro that puts our candidates right at the heart of our business. As Vetro’s candidate experience manager, my role is to provide a link between our candidates and Vetro’s senior management team, giving all candidates a voice in the wider business.
I am an outcome focussed person who has started in this role to provide a 5-star service to all of our candidates and help Vetro fulfil its mission of being the most recommended recruitment agency in the UK.
Prior to Vetro, I worked within the customer service environment for over 20 years, with many of those years spent within health and social care recruitment. I have achieved my ILM Team Leader / Management qualification along with Business Administration level 3, and also obtained an award in Customer Service Excellence.
My qualifications and experience combined with my passion for supporting candidates make me the ideal person to ensure all our workers receive the best recruitment experience.
