Testimonials
I approached Vetro Recruitment to explore support with recruiting an Assessment Social Worker for our Family Residential Unit. Given the current climate in recruiting within the social care sector we decided to utilise the expertise of a recruitment service to support us in finding a suitable candidate for the role of an Assessment Social Worker.
We were directly assigned to Senior Recruitment Consultant, Laura Holton, who was highly professional and held an in-depth knowledge of the diversity and experience required for this role.
Laura was swift in identifying suitable candidates for the role and provided a hands-on and supportive approach, providing advice and support throughout the interview and all direct stages. The level of service communication throughout all the stages was exceptional and the process from finding a suitable candidate and the completion of interviewing and initial processing stages was prompt. The whole process aided our service to recruit much faster than we had expected, which was great for our service.
The level of service and knowledge provided to us has been excellent. In addition to the initial service, Laura has remained to be in frequent contact and has provided an effective follow-up service. Completing regular checks on how the successful candidate has settled into her role.
I would recommend Vetro Recruitment to anyone and would certainly use their service again in the future.
I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Laura for all her support and feedback, she is a credit to Vetro Recruitment.
Many thanks,
Clare
Director - Parent Assessment Centre - Family Ace
Laura and her team have been very responsive, professional, friendly and most importantly honest in what candidates had to offer. They go the extra mile in supporting the recruitment process and assisting with chasing of references etc. Having dealt with other recruitment agencies, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Director - Fostering Agency - Family Fostercare
Laura Holton has been my rock from applying to being successful and being offered the job. I was nervous and out of practice with interviews and communicating my needs to employers and Laura was able to reassure me, communicate my concerns and guide me through. I would not have continued with the process if Laura hadn't encouraged me as much as she did. Thank you Laura! x
