I have recently worked with Kerry from Vetro in recruiting for a managerial position, Kerry really got to grips with the type of candidate we were looking for and provided a good calibre of candidates, to which we were able to appoint for the position.Kerry gave great customer service throughout the process and I would certainly recommend her to others as being a proactive and reliable recruiter.

We have worked with Vetro for the last six months to help us fill vacancies in a geographical area which has been difficult to recruit for in the past. Other more traditional methods failed to produce the calibre of candidates we required. Vetro Recruitment has been the cornerstone for my recruitment over the past year, the team and in particular, Kerry, have been outstanding in supporting me to find the best candidates for the roles I needed to fill. Hi Ashley, since Emma started doing agency work here, I think it is fair to say that she hit the ground running from day one.She is a very enthusiastic person who shows 100% commitment throughout her shifts. She will arrive early for her shift and will get involved in any activity or task that she is presented with.The way she works with the residents is exactly what we expect and she is always child centred in what she does. There had been situations where our residents have become in a heightened state, however, Emma will always be there to assist and help defuse the situation.She is one of the best agency workers that we have and I think all the team leaders as well the care home manager agree when I say she has fitted in since day one. She is a credit to yourself, and her own standards and ethos are second to none

We set up the business two years ago and dealt with one or two agencies before being introduced to Vetro by a staff member. Ash came down to meet us and made it a very personal experience that we have not experienced with other agencies. When we ring to request staff, Ash works tirelessly to get things sorted and keeps me informed of developments. I always feel confident he will deliver on my sometimes outrageous staffing demands as he always has previously. In all fairness as we grow, I will consider trying to steal him from you for our own recruitment department as I believe he's that much of an asset.

Ashley is very polite and always professional. He goes over and above to finds the correct candidate for both my provisions, as you can imagine this is very time-consuming for him but never has he complained. He will always send over candidate profiles before the staff start with both provisions and gives them an in-depth handover before arriving so they know what to expect. His proactiveness, and ability to communicate effectively is very much appreciated and essential. I’d say a massive asset to your team at Vetro!

I have worked with Aidan on many placements and he has found the right candidate with the right experience. Just a few words to show my gratitude and appreciation for the service provided over the last few months by Codie. Codie responds to emails very quickly and if there is any delay at all I know it is because she is not working at that time. Codie is aware and conscious of the need for consistency in the service and ensures to arrange for the same few staff to attend who know the people we support well.
