The school is now in its 3rd year with Vetro Recruitment. My main point of contact with Vetro is Mr Ross Harries. Ross provides excellent service to the school and is always available to be contacted. This could be before the start of the school day, at the end of the working day, during the weekend and on occasions over the school holiday period. That, to me, shows commitment to the role. The quality of staff provided are always of the highest calibre with knowledge of the sector that we work in. Ross, will not send staff to school, who have no desire to work within the SEN sector. Ross is also visual at the school and regularly visits. This allows him to see the skill set of the staff we need at the school. On the odd occasion that there have been issues with Vetro staff, Ross has dealt with them professionally and quickly, ensuring that problems do not affect the service provided by Vetro. To summarise, Mr Ross Harries provides an excellent service to the school and certainly eases my workload.
