Typically we offer temporary, contract and permanent hiring solutions.
Temporary bookings are usually recommended to fill short-term employment needs. These can be Adhoc shifts/days or contracts that are typically set up for 1-3 months. Workers are paid weekly through Vetro and we undertake all the relevant background and compliance checks.
When the role requires someone on a constant basis, a permanent contract is offered. This can be for both part-time and full-time work. Whilst Vetro introduces both the client and the candidate, the contractual agreement is between the employer and worker.
We also offer a senior-level appointments service. This is a specific type of recruitment targeted at appointing well-skilled management talent into Health, Social Care and Housing organisations.
