We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the Marketing Department of our rapidly growing specialist recruitment business.

We are looking for someone to help us fulfil our mission of becoming the most recommended recruitment agency in the UK, and you will be fundamental to us achieving that goal. You will do this by helping the business attract our “3 C’s” Clients, Candidates and Colleagues.  We want to attract the best quality staff available in the market to support our Hospitals, Care settings, Social Housing services and Schools across Wales and England.

About you:

 To command the top range of the salary experience within a similar recruitment role would be beneficial, however, all Digital Marketing Executives would be considered.
 

• You will be a digital native who understands how to attract and engage with individuals via digital platforms.
• Be a competent writer and able to produce engaging and well-written content to share across digital channels
• Have experience in setting up and managing email campaigns.
• Have an understanding of digital brand marketing and SEO
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Marketing Degree (desirable but not essential)
