Hi Ashley, since Emma started doing agency work here, I think it is fair to say that she hit the ground running from day one.She is a very enthusiastic person who shows 100% commitment throughout her shifts. We set up the business two years ago and dealt with one or two agencies before being introduced to Vetro by a staff member. Ash came down to meet us and made it a very personal experience that we have not experienced with other agencies. When we ring to request staff, Ash works tirelessly to get things sorted and keeps me informed of developments. Ashley is very polite and always professional. He goes over and above to finds the correct candidate for both my provisions, as you can imagine this is very time-consuming for him but never has he complained. He will always send over candidate profiles before the staff start with both provisions and gives them an in-depth handover before arriving so they know what to expect. His proactiveness, and ability to communicate effectively is very much appreciated and essential. I’d say a massive asset to your team at Vetro!

We were losing a lot of candidates in the permanent onboarding process once we had offered so we introduced the temp-to-perm model to primarily help address this.
