Therapeutic Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Creating a caring and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of young people.
- Planning and facilitating activities to promote learning and integration within the home.
- Staying informed on legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitoring and recording young people's progress, achievements, and important life events.
- Collaborating with local authorities/placing authorities to provide outstanding care.

- Being flexible in daily tasks, including domestic responsibilities within the home.
Therapeutic Support Worker Requirements:
- Valid Driving License: Due to the rural locations of our homes, a valid driving license is essential for this role.

- While not mandatory, having an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be advantageous.
