Salary: £24,960 - £27.040
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping children and young adults develop essential life skills and reach their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a caring and supportive environment where your contributions will be truly valued.
Working Hours:
- Early shifts: 07:30 - 15:00
- Late shifts: 14:00 - 23:00
- Long days: 07:30 - 23:00
- No sleep-ins required
Support Worker Requirements:
- We are looking for individuals with passion, enthusiasm, and compassion
- Strong communication skills
- A full, clean driving licence is essential - candidates without one will not be considered.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting is a plus, but not essential-we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
