We are currently seeking experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Workers. This service provides supported living for adults aged 18 with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. Your role will involve assisting residents along their care pathways, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Location: Chipstead
Pay: £13.96 per hour (including holiday pay)

As an Adult Learning Disability Support Worker, you will:
- Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
- Observe, monitor, and document patient conditions with care, dignity, and honesty.
- Support residents in their progression towards living as independently as possible.
- Work as part of a team of multidisciplinary professionals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities.
- An empathetic, caring, and resilient approach.
- At least 6 months' experience working in a social care setting.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A valid driving license (essential due to rural location).
