They specialise in working with children and young people facing complex learning disabilities, severe social communication, and behavioural challenges. As a Social Care Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting these individuals, aiding in the development of crucial life skills and guiding them toward adulthood with compassion and dedication.

Support Worker Responsibilities:
Support young people outside of school hours and provide classroom cover during breaks.
Assist with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, money handling, and participation in on and off-site activities.
Promote the young person's independence and overall well-being.
Contribute to exciting holiday trips, including beach outings, funfairs, adventure parks, meals out, cycling sessions, and more.
Requirements:
Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
Minimum of 6 months experience working with children or within a similar Social Care setting.
Flexibility to undertake sleep-in duties.
Driver's license and access to own car is a must due to the rural location.
