What you will be doing:
- Conduct thorough parenting assessments using a variety of tools and frameworks
- Build strong relationships with families to understand their unique strengths and needs.
- Create and implement individualised support plans.
- Collaborate effectively with professionals such as psychologists, teachers, and healthcare providers.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and participate in legal proceedings as required.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services.
What you bring to the team:
- A recognised Social Work qualification and at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience.
- Solid understanding of child development, attachment theory, and family dynamics.
- Proven experience in conducting parenting assessments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to manage a caseload.
