Duties:
- Register as the Responsible Individual of a children's home
- Work with Director of organisation to assist with the opening of a new children's home
- Ensure the service is fit for purpose
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED guidelines and standards
- Lead on recruitment of a brand new staff team
- Implement policies and procedures for the service to follow
- Lead on safeguarding concerns
- Line manage Registered Manager
- Working part-time, 1 day a week contract
- Leicester based home
Pay:
- Day rate, between £350 - £500 per day
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Driving Licence
- Experience as a Responsible Individual is essential
