Newly established IFA seeks a dynamic and driven Registered Manager to lead their fostering service in the Yorkshire area.

As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our fostering service across Yorkshire. This is a chance to truly make a difference, shaping the future of our agency and building a high-quality service from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service development and strategic planning.
- Networking and building relationships with local authorities.
- Developing and implementing a robust foster carer recruitment strategy.
- Overseeing Form F assessments and ensuring timely completion.
- Designing and delivering training and development programs for foster carers and staff.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and National Minimum Standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with current SWE registration (essential).
- Significant fostering experience, ideally within the independent sector (minimum 2 years).
- Proven knowledge of Ofsted regulations, National Minimum Standards, and Fostering Services Regulations.
- Experience in staff supervision and management.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Car owner/driver with a clean driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 - £60,000 per year (experience dependent, salary negotiable for exceptional candidates).
