Are you a CARING and DRIVEN Complex Needs Manager looking for a new exciting opportunity for 2025? Are you looking to move into a Registered Manager role in an organisation that will support you, as well as help you progress and achieve positive results?


The home is a BEAUTIFUL 7 Bed Supported Living Service in Bournemouth, which supports adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI).

My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to move into the Registered Manager's role and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home.

Total Package: £55,000

Job Title: Registered Manager

Salary: up to £45,000 (PLUS Bonus)

Location: Bournemouth

Hours: Full-Time

Contract Type: Permanent


The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for Adults with Complex Needs/ Learning disabilities/ ASD. candidates with experience in ABI will be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in a residential environment
  • Full UK driving licence
