Registered Manager - Children's Home
Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 Bonuses

Are you ready to lead a growing team and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to join our organisation and oversee one of our beautifully furnished, nurturing children's homes.

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you'll:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Quality Standards and regulations.
Foster a nurturing environment where children feel safe and loved.
Drive positive outcomes for children and young people, enriching their lives and supporting their potential.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a residential children's home.
Level 5 Diploma (or working towards) in Children and Young People Residential Care.
Strong knowledge of regulations, including the Quality Standards and Children's Act.
A caring, compassionate approach and commitment to outstanding care.
Flexibility and a valid Driving Licence (preferred).
