Registered Childrens Home Manager - Oxfordshire (Headington)

• Salary: £55,000 (pre-registration) | £60,000 (post-registration)
• Location: Headington, Oxfordshire
• Home: Brand-new 4-bed EBD & LD Children's Home

• Hours: 40 hrs/week | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Team: Lead & inspire a dedicated team of 12

Who We're Looking For in a Registered Childrens Home Manager:

• A leader with a strong foundation in Ofsted regulations, compliance, and registration processes. (open to Deputies)
• Passionate about improving children's lives and ensuring outstanding care.
• Open to candidates working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
• Someone with vision, drive, and the ability to shape a new service.
