Details:
- Deputy Regional Manager - Children's Residential Care Homes
- Firstly, starting as a Registered Manager for 1 EBD home in Corby
- Working to develop the deputy of the home, for the deputy to move into the manager role
- Then move into the Deputy Regional Manager role, overseeing 3 homes in the east midlands, line managing 3 Registered Managers
- Reporting into the Operations Manager
- Manage recruitment and staff development
- Manage budgets
- Manage safeguarding concerns
- Corby / Northampton based
Contract:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
- on call duties
Salary:
- Up to £58,000
Requirements:
- Would consider an experienced Operations Manager or an experienced Registered Manager to who is looking for a step up
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Driving Licence
