Job:
- Children's Home Deputy Manager
- Working within a learning disabilities and autism service
- 4 bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
- Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
- Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
- Working within a larger children's services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
- Oldham based
Salary and Contract:
- £28,000 - £34,500
- £40 per sleep
- 169 hours a month
- A mixture of shifts and office hours, sleeps
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- Senior or Deputy Manager experience
- Driving licence
