Exciting Opportunity: Deputy Childrens Home Manager
Location: Peterborough Area
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum £3,000 - £6,000 for sleep-ins (approx. 4-8 per month)

Your Role:
- Support the Registered Manager in leading a dedicated team to provide therapeutic care
- Supervise, mentor, and manage staff while maintaining budgets & rotas
- Ensure Ofsted compliance, safeguarding, and top-tier care for the children
- Be a role model in building trust and promoting recovery & growth
What You Need:
- Level 3 qualification in Childrens Residential Workforce (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Residential care experience with strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge
