Vetro Education are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools in Southport. The ideal Cover Supervisor will have strong behaviour management experience and an understanding of a variety of subjects taught at primary or secondary level. The role is 5 days per week.

Title: Cover Supervisor
Pay: £90.00 per day minimum
Location: Southport
Hours: Full time, Long Term - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

The role: What you'll be doing as a Cover Supervisor
- Preparing the classroom for lessons and delivering a variety of work prepared by the absent class teacher
- Maintain classroom control
- Engage learners with both classroom and lab-based activities
- Be flexible, think on your feet and show an enthusiasm for a variety of subjects
- Work in accordance to the school's behaviour management policies
The candidate: What you'll need to be successful as a Cover Supervisor
- At least 3 months experience working with children
- Ideally be educated to a degree level
- References covering the last two years
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
