Children's Registered Manager

Job Title: Children's Registered Manager - EBD Home
Location: N20,Whetstone, London
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Registered Manager for a newly opened EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in the N20 area of London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
About the Role:

• The home opened in July 2024 and currently holds emergency placements under the local authority.
• Social workers are on-site and monthly audits are conducted by the local council.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
• As the Registered Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and work closely with social services, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD or children's residential setting is essential.
• Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or near completion).
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment: Passionate about making a positive impact on vulnerable children and young people.
