Job information:

• Children's Home Registered Manager vacancy
• Registering with OFSTED as the manager of a children's home
• Managing a home that supports children and young people with learning disabilities
• Work with RI to ensure the safe management and running of a children's home
• Service is a high-spec, recently refurbished property, for children and young people to thrive and feel at home
• Manage referrals
• Manage budgets
• Work alongside HR and recruitment team, to assist with management, development, training and recruitment of staff team
• You will create a culture within the home to strive for positive outcomes for each young person
• Rotherham based

Salary:

• Up to £60,000 as a basic salary
• up go £5000 in starting bonuses
• Up to 10% of salary in performance related bonuses

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 in children and young people
• NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
• Deputy or registered manager experience
