Position: Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Ipswich IP4
Salary: Up to £70,500 Performance bonuses
Are you an experienced leader in residential childcare looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Children's Home Registered Manager to oversee a 5-bed home in Ipswich, Suffolk and lead a highly skilled team, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people.

What We're Looking For:
- 5 years' experience in residential childcare
- 2 years' experience in management
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
- Proven track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings
- Passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
