Job Details:
- Children's Registered Home Manager
- Joining a growing organisation with experience of achieving Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Managing a solo residential care homes for children and young people, based on the same site
- Registering with OFSTED as the manager of services
- Services are for children with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Open to deputies looking for their first management job, or registered managers
- Manage recruitment alongside the RI
- Manage referrals
- Manage the home budget
- Ensure the service offers effective support to young people
- Preston based
Pay:
- £45,000 - £55,000
Hours:
- Full-time contract
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- on call responsibilities
Requirements:
- Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience
- Driving Licence
