Job Details:
- Children's Home Registered Manager
- Managing a OFSTED regulated children's residential care home
- Managing a residential care service that provides residential support to young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- The home is currently rated GOOD by OFSTED
- Working with RI and HR team to ensure the service is safe and effective in creating positive outcomes to children and young people
- Build and develop staff team, managing the residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
- Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
- Manage referrals
- Manage quality assurance, ensuring the service meets OFSTED and company standards
- Burton based
Pay Details:
- Up to £50,000
Hours Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
- on-call responsibilities
- If traveling a long distance, discussions can be had around start and finish times
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level 5, or working towards
- Deputy or Registered Management experience
- Driving licence
